i got my first 12-hour sleep yesterdayyy since like forever!! <3 it's exhausting how doing sports makes you tired but at the same time, it doesnt allow your brain to rest... for some reason? so you get tired but cant sleep. then the next day, your mind tells your brain that you havent gotten enough sleep cos 6 hours of sleep is really not cool, then u act tired and everything else goes downhill from there onwards. ok a little bit of a slippery slope.. but you get what i mean.. HAHA.
k so tmr i need to wake up early early early to watch amazing raceeeee then go to school at 930am. then come back home (since training at 3 got cancelled) and then go back to school again at 8pm. woo!
