bish. blogger is taking forever to upload pictures. on hindsight!!, i got sick on monday and received a twoday MC for tuesday as well! my cousin lent me the Princess Hours DVD, and im happy to say that ive finished all 24episodes in the mere span of 2 days! HOHOHOHOHO! imba imba. sick person still can be koreansoap addict? hurhur.



proven guilty! thats my portable dvd player on a chair at the side of my bed. it has been running nonstop for 2 days now. HEHE. and that has been my life for the past 2 days also. hai. being sick is difficult and very uncomfortable.. so u have to resort to these kinda things to make u happy =P (im sure..) ooh what will i do without u, portable dvd player? =PP hehe.

anw.. on friday, we had the longest history lecture that we've EVER had in our entire jc life... seriously, what are they trying to do with 1 and a half hours of lecture.. cook our brains and freeze our bodies? sarami. which then explains why me and luoshiloh got VERY VERY bored and decided to play some lame games. and i think shiloh would really want me to post about this hehe.

today is winner day! woo! went to 3 houses and i managed to collect more than i did yesterday having visited 10houses. winner!

PLUS yesterday's weather was a real killer. i was melting.. what with ppl's houses lacking proper ventilation. omg i think they were trying to hibernate bears in there. =S
houses with living room cluttered with furniture, with frilly curtains over the windows.. or worse still WINDOWS THAT ARE SHUT. omg whats the purpose of having the window in the first place! andd... i think they're cold blooded ppl or smth.. they do not believe in switching on the fans! ahh.. and when u step out of the house..zomg u wonder "singapore is going thru the winter season!" coz it feels like it's airconditioned outside! THAT BAD. ok it's hari raya.. ive sinned again. haha! ok the person comes to my house i shall apologize again keekke.

BUTTTT yesterday my father got invited to a minister's open house.. so we went.. and when we were walking into the house area, we noticed there was a white merc driving into the compound.. my first thought was that it was just random visitor.. but THERE.. IN THE CAR.. WAS.. NONE.. OTHER.. THAN.. THE.. PRESIDENT!!! HAHAHAHHA! and his wife! MR PRESIDENT! then we shook hands and we "iring" (followed behind) him and everybody at the place were damn excited. HAHA! i took a picture of his back. EHHE. he's very cute. hehe.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIBBY!

yayy today is dad's birthday! but he ended up giving me my belated birthday present! HAHA! it was like a surprise ah.. i did mention i wanted a phone.. but normally i'd have to pester him for it. HAHA but this year he gave it very voluntarily. OMG I WAS EXCITED! ive been uploading files into it. =D! <33

i realize that by doing things for parents, i tend to appreciate them more... seeing them happy with whatever it may be.. (ur cooking? ur successes?).. it makes me happy too. mebbe that was whati was lacking last time. hrmm .

ive just finshed reading Dan Brown's Angels and Demons once again... which led me to a realization about the few major religions in the world...

Catholic: Pray to God, Pray to Jesus, Pray to Virgin Mary
Christian: Pray to God, Pray to Jesus (Believe in Virgin Mary)
Muslims: Pray to God (Believe in Jesus, Believe in Virgin Mary)

the fundamental beliefs of these 3 MAJOR religions are such NUANCES of each other.. yet this 'nuances' is the main reason which has led mankind into an abyss of conflict and destruction. which makes me wonder.. why blame it on religion (conflicts and wars) when the man themselves had sow the seeds of violence into religion itself. it makes no sense at all. i know this sounds cheesy and dumb.. but seriously.. cant we just have peace? why cant we just sit down and think about the differences that the religions have? come tothink of it, it's like turning a molehill into a mountain. shit all these man. i am pissed. i dont like being discriminated. let this end.
